    New wool !!!

    The delivery has arrived, certified organic wool from Germany from certified organic livestock.

    From small sheep farm, which specialize in an old spinning process, long and short fibers are spun into a thread and then twisted and vegetable dyed. This creates voluminous wool yarns with great strength, which I would like to use for underwear, among other things.

    New Coburg fox wool !!!

    The Coburg fox sheep is one of the most endangered breeds of domestic animals, products made from this wool are a rarity !

    In the case of the fox wool, in addition to the natural-colored / beige basic tone,

    the characteristic reddish-brown, shimmering mottling of the awned hairs very gently emerges, a little bit scratchy wool yarn.

    Neue Wolle !!!

    Die Lieferung ist eingetroffen, zertifizierte Bio Wolle aus Deutschland aus kontrolliert biologischer Tierhaltung.

    Von kleiner Schaffarm, die sich auf ein altes Spinnverfahren  spezialisiert haben, es werden Lang- und Kurzfasern zu einem Faden versponnen und anschließend verzwirnt und pflanzlich gefärbt. So entstehen voluminöse Wollgarne mit großer Festigkeit, was ich unter anderem für Unterwäsche nutzen möchte.

    Neu Coburger Fuchs Schafwolle !!!

    Das Coburger Fuchsschaf zählt zu den gefährdeten Haustierrassen, Produkte aus dieser Wolle, sind eine Rarität !!!

    Bei der Fuchsschafwolle kommt neben dem naturfarbenen/beigen Grundton ganz zart die charakteristische rötlichbraune, schimmernde Melierung der Grannenhaaren zum Vorschein, ein sehr robustes leicht kratzendes Wollgarn.

    Da es doch nicht Alle gelesen haben und es zu Nachfragen kommt hier nochmals ein paar Worte.

    Man hat uns zum 1.3 die Wohnung gekündigt was zu einem Umzug und einer Trennung führte.

    Ich lebe nun alleine in einer kleinen Wohnung in Altheim und stricken wird jetzt noch mehr mein Leben sein wie es eh schon war.

    Ich muß mein komplettes Leben damit bestreiten und das wird viel Mühe und Arbeit bedeuten.

    Durch den Umzug und die damit verbundenen Arbeiten kommt es bei den Aufträgen zu Verzögerungen, ich bitte um euer Verständnis.

    Im Juni sollte ich dies aufgehollt haben und alles läuft dann wieder wie gewohnt, mit normalen Lieferzeiten von 6-8 Wochen.

     

    Im Moment läuft noch eine Sonderaktion bis zum 31.5 mit 10% Rabatt auf alle Artikel aus 100% weicher Wolle !!!

    Since not all have read and there are questions here comes a few words.

    We were to 1.3 the apartment quit which led to a move and a separation.

    I live now alone in a small apartment in Altheim and knitting will be even more my life now as it was before.

    I have to contest my entire life and that means a lot of effort and work.

    Due to the move and the related work there are delays in the orders, I ask for your understanding.

    In June, I should have this up and everything will run as usual, with normal delivery times of 6-8 weeks.

  • Unterschied der Mohairgarne !!! Difference of the Mohair yarns !!!

    Viele haben mich nach dem Unterschied der Garne gefragt.

    Also ich empfinde das 25% Mohair als weicher und es ist viel langhaariger und flauschiger als das 78% Mohair.

    Das 78% Mohair ist kribelliger nicht so langhaariger aber sehr schön dicht im Flausch.

    Many have asked me about the difference of the yarns.

    So I feel the 25% mohair as softer and it is much longer-haired and fluffier than the 78% mohair.

    The 78% mohair is tingly not so long-haired but very nice tight in the fluffiness.
